No. We monitor your flight in real time and adjust your pickup window automatically. Domestic arrivals include 60 minutes of complimentary waiting. International arrivals include 90 minutes. If your airline delay extends beyond those windows due to unusual circumstances, contact us and we will work with you at no extra charge.
